Bret may be the only person who could elicit a laugh from me on the topic of Helical Pier Systems or Buffalo Leather Jackets. I wish he wrote the material on the back of cereal packets because I’d rather read a satirical paragraph on Laser Vein Removal than nutritional data reminding me of how nutritionally useless produced cereals are. April 2nd, 2010 — 12:25 pmAndy flew into Heathrow when he returned to London in December. I was so fidgety and eager about him coming that I arrived at the airport almost an hour and a half before his flight even landed. To kill time, I had a wander around Heathrow airport. I found a few pubs, overpriced coffee shops and a ‘Yotel’ which was a kind of hotel made up of little cabin rooms you could use for a few hours or so to catch up on sleep and take a shower. I thought they were sortof a neat idea because I’ve spent a lot of time in airports waiting for delayed flights wishing I could have a shower. You can get a 360° tour here.

The Wasteland vs. Graceland. I am highly moved/entertained/invested in this tumblr as a whole, but mention this post specifically since Sunshine is one of my favourite films of all time and I cry like a cretin every time Kaneda dies. This post articulately justifies why that is alright.
